Bring required winner documents into the claim experience. Collect W-9 and affidavit information, signatures, and supporting identification before fulfillment.
Winner claim forms can now include a dedicated document package. Winners provide the requested details and signature during the claim process, and your team can review the resulting documents alongside the claim.
Choose Always, Automatic, or Never in the claim-form settings. Automatic mode uses the winner’s country and configured prize-value criteria to determine when the US document package applies. Revup supports document collection and review; your team remains responsible for its tax filing and fulfillment obligations.

Open the claim form from Winners and review the US Tax & Affidavit Documents settings. Configure the requirement mode and preview the winner experience before sending claim links.
