Revup Intelligence
Every entry, purchase, referral, response, and interaction adds to one customer record—giving you a richer understanding of every customer over time.
A giveaway entry in March and a form submission in July land on the same person — not in two disconnected exports.
Profile summary
Every custom attribute keeps the latest value plus the promotion it was collected from.
Entries, bonus awards, status changes, admin actions, fraud checks, sync results, and message events in one chronological feed.
See who a customer referred, which promotion the referral belonged to, and when it was recorded.
Email and SMS sent from Revup flows appear on the profile with delivery outcomes.
Anything the user uploads to Revup, including photos, videos, PDFs and files get collected on their profile.
Integration deliveries record success, failure, and retry activity on the profile, so a broken connection is visible instead of silent.
Revup keeps the identifiers a person has used, so searching a previous email or phone still finds the current profile.

7 Uploads

8 Find & move data
Search customers by name, email, or phone, filter the results you need, then import, export, or access the same records through the Revup API.
9 Identity matching

Got questions?
How Revup builds, matches, and moves customer profiles.
Revup reconciles profiles on normalized email address and phone number within your account. When a new entry matches an identifier already on file, it attaches to that existing profile; when it doesn't, a new profile is created. If an entry's email points to one profile and its phone points to another, Revup keeps the records separate and records a possible-match note for your team to review rather than merging them automatically. This is identity matching, not guaranteed deduplication — someone using a completely different email and phone will create a second profile.
Yes. Profiles are account-level, not promotion-level. A single profile lists every promotion the person entered, their entry totals in each, how those entries were earned, and whether they were selected as a winner — across sweepstakes, contests, instant win, purchase promotions, and standalone forms.
The profile shows the latest available value for each attribute, along with the promotion it was collected from and when it was last seen. That source context is attached to the attribute itself, so you can tell whether a preference came from last week's contest or a form two seasons ago before you act on it.
Yes, for messages sent from Revup flows. The message history on each profile shows the channel, the promotion and flow that triggered the message, the delivery outcome, opens and clicks with first and last timestamps, and the reason recorded when a message bounces, is blocked, or is stopped by an unsubscribe or STOP reply. Messages sent from your own email platform stay in that platform.
Only data someone submits directly to a promotion is sent to integrations connected to that promotion. Revup does not sync data from the unified customer profile itself. See all integrations.
Yes. Participants can be imported into a promotion from a CSV file using a downloadable template that covers contact fields, starting entries, and entry source. Imported people go through the same email and phone matching as public entries, so they land on existing profiles when they already exist. Participants can also be created through the Revup API.
Yes. You can export an individual profile to CSV, export participant and reporting data from your promotions, and read or write participant records through the Revup API using an account-scoped API key. See the API overview.
Yes. Profiles are built from first-party data your participants submit to you. When an entry records explicit email or SMS opt-in choices, Revup carries those choices into supported integration syncs and does not subscribe a channel the person did not consent to. Unsubscribes and SMS STOP replies are recorded on the profile as well.
