This Cookie Policy explains how Revup Inc (“Revup,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies, browser storage, pixels, and similar technologies on revup.com, in Revup business accounts, and in forms, sweepstakes, contests, giveaways, instant-win experiences, surveys, quizzes, purchase promotions, and other marketing programs powered by Revup (each, a “Promotion”).

1. Scope and definitions

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores through a browser. Browser storage includes technologies such as local storage and session storage that allow a website or embedded experience to retain information in a browser. Similar technologies may include pixels, scripts, software development kits, and identifiers used by Revup or a third party.

These technologies may be set by Revup or by a provider whose service is used on a particular page or for a particular feature. The technologies that apply depend on how you interact with Revup and which features a Customer enables.

2. How Revup uses these technologies

Revup uses cookies and browser storage where they materially support:

• sessions, sign-in, account security, and two-factor authentication;
• Promotion participation, post-entry experiences, and saving an in-progress form;
• payment and Shopify embedded contexts;
• fraud, abuse, and automated-traffic prevention;
• referral and campaign attribution;
• support, feature feedback, and Customer-configured media or social embeds; and
• functional preferences needed to present and operate Revup interfaces.

Revup uses the following material first-party cookie and browser-storage categories.

4. Third-party technologies

Third parties may set or read cookies, browser storage, or similar technologies when their services are present or used:

• Cloudflare supports security, bot and abuse prevention, Turnstile challenges, and production performance telemetry.
• Featurebase supports feedback, changelog, and related support features when enabled.
• Google Ads, when enabled and not opted out, measures visits to Revup's marketing and signup pages, completed trials, first paid subscriptions, and administration consultation bookings. We link the original ad click to a new signup for 90 days to connect a later successful subscription payment to that ad; expired identifiers are cleared by daily cleanup. The acquisition source stays linked internally to your account and billing history so we can measure lifetime revenue, including renewals after those 90 days. Google receives the click identifier, conversion time, first-payment amount and currency, and a random conversion token, not signup form fields, card details, or booking details. This acquisition measurement is not installed on customer Promotion or winner-claim pages.
• Stripe supports payment and billing features when used.
• Meta Pixel, when enabled and not opted out, measures visits to Revup's marketing pages, signup pages, and main dashboard page. We use it to reach visitors with relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram and exclude registered users from signup ads. Meta may receive page URLs, referral URLs, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, and events indicating registration, an existing account, or a paid subscription. When Meta acquisition attribution is enabled, a first-party cookie retains the initial Meta ad click for up to 90 days. At signup we associate that source with the account for internal revenue reporting. We may send the first successful subscription payment amount and currency, the saved click identifier, browser user agent, and a random event identifier to Meta from our server, including after a trial. We do not supply signup form fields, email addresses, customer records, card details, or Stripe identifiers for advanced matching. Revup's acquisition pixel is not installed on customer Promotion or winner-claim pages.
• Uploadcare supports file-upload features when used.
• Customer-configured social and media providers, such as YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and Spotify, may receive information or use their own technologies when a Customer includes their content or features in a Promotion.

Third-party technologies are controlled by their providers and are subject to those providers' policies. The specific technology and its duration can change, so Revup does not list third-party cookie names or fixed durations without current production evidence.

5. Browser controls

When advertising measurement is enabled, it starts automatically unless you previously opted out or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. There is no on-page advertising measurement control. A previously saved opt-out remains effective in this browser until you clear browser storage. Global Privacy Control disables Revup's Google Ads acquisition measurement and Meta Pixel; it does not control independently operated Customer Promotions or other technologies described above.

Most browsers allow you to review, block, or delete cookies and browser storage. Browser help documentation explains the controls available for a particular browser or device. Blocking or deleting technologies that Revup uses may sign you out, prevent a Promotion or embedded experience from recognizing an entry, remove saved form progress, disrupt payment or security checks, or prevent referral and campaign attribution.

Some third-party services provide additional controls through their own sites or account settings. Where applicable law requires consent for a non-essential technology, Revup or the relevant Customer will provide the controls required for the context in which that technology is used.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, providers, or Revup features. We will post the updated policy at this URL and revise its effective date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice where required.
