RevAssist is Revup's promotion AI, and it does two jobs. On your promotion page it is a chat widget that answers participant questions about that promotion. In your dashboard, Create with RevAssist builds the whole promotion. You describe what you want to run and it comes back with a complete promotion: drafted title and description, entry form fields, bonus entries, prizes, and your brand colors, all ready to edit. They are two separate features that share the same assistant.

From your promotion, not the internet. RevAssist is given that promotion's saved details: its dates and timezone, how people enter, which form fields you are asking for, the bonus actions you have enabled, and your prizes. It also gets up to 20 FAQs you write and an excerpt of your published official rules. It is told to answer only from those and to say so when it does not know.

RevAssist works only from your saved promotion and is told to flag anything it is unsure about, but it is still AI-generated text and it can be wrong. Write clear FAQs, keep them consistent with your official rules, and test the chat before you turn it on publicly. Treat its answers as help for participants, not as an official statement of your rules.

RevAssist is told to explain both versions, avoid giving a yes-or-no answer on eligibility, and suggest checking with your team. That is an instruction rather than a guarantee, so treat a flagged conflict as a prompt to fix the wording in one place or the other.

Yes. To generate a reply, the question and recent conversation go to Revup's AI provider along with your promotion details, including when the question matches one of your FAQs. Revup stores the conversation. The chat tells people not to send passwords, payment details, or private documents, and points them to your entry or claim form for anything you need to collect.

Yes. Every promotion has a RevAssist tab listing its conversations, with search across names, emails, and message text, plus a date filter in the promotion's timezone. Each participant's profile has its own RevAssist tab as well. Chats from people who never entered show up as anonymous visitors. Anyone on your team who can view participants can read them.

No. Participant chat stays off until you turn it on, and you turn it on per promotion in Settings on your default-language promotion. Turning it off later stops new conversations but keeps your existing history.

Yes. RevAssist replies in whatever language someone writes in. You write your FAQs on the default-language promotion and they translate into each language variant, and the chat's own labels translate along with the rest of your page. If you change an original FAQ, review the translations afterward.

Create with RevAssist helps your team build the promotion inside the dashboard. Describe what you want to run, and it can draft the title, description, entry form, bonus actions, prizes, and design for you to review and edit. The chat widget serves a different purpose: it lives on the public promotion page and answers participant questions. Creating a promotion with RevAssist does not enable participant chat; you turn that on separately.
