Export the customer profile you need
Need one person’s details for a review or handoff? Download an individual customer profile directly from its Actions menu.
Export Profile gives you a focused download for the person you are viewing. It is useful when you need to examine collected attributes, compare a record with another system, or provide a specific profile to an authorized teammate.
The CSV uses normalized column names and the existing export timestamp format. Uploaded files and Official Rules fields are excluded, so this is a profile-data export rather than a download of every file or interaction associated with the customer.
What you can do
- Export a profile without starting a broader audience export.
- Receive a single-row CSV with clearly named columns.
- Use the file in your own reporting or customer review workflow.
Get started
Open a customer profile, select Actions, and choose Export Profile. Your account permissions determine whether export is available.
