Your entry form and your social post do different jobs. Social Preview gives you dedicated copy and imagery for the link people share, while keeping sensible defaults from the promotion when you do not provide an override.
The Share & install area also organizes Share link, Embed on site, Shopify, Tracking links, and Social preview into separate destinations. It is easier to find the right distribution option without scrolling through every installation method. Social networks may cache an older preview after you change it.
