You have the idea for a promotion. You know the prize, the people you want to reach, and the look you have in mind. Getting those details into a working entry form is where the setup work begins.
RevAssist AI helps you build and edit promotions inside Revup. Use it to draft a new promotion, then keep refining the form, copy and design by describing what you want to change. You can ask for a new question, a shorter headline or a different form style without finding each setting yourself.
If you want to create forms with AI for a giveaway or signup, start with the promotion you want to run. This guide shows how to turn that idea into an entry form with RevAssist, then edit it in the builder. The example requests below are illustrative, so adapt them to your own promotion.
How to use an AI form builder for your promotion
With RevAssist, building a form starts with the promotion around it: what you are offering, what people need to enter, and how the form should look. You can create a starting draft with AI, review it, then keep editing the promotion in Revup.
Build a new promotion with RevAssist
Start from your Revup dashboard and choose Create with RevAssist after selecting your promotion type. The setup flow asks for the prize or the purpose of your form, then prepares a starting draft for you to review.
- Choose what you want to build. Select the available promotion type that fits your idea, such as a sweepstakes, contest, instant win, purchase sweepstakes or form.
- Give it useful details. For a prize promotion, describe the prize and enter its value and number of winners. For a form, explain what you want people to sign up for or tell you.
- Review the suggested setup. Check the title, description, form fields, any suggested bonus actions and the design choices. Edit the suggestions or use Regenerate to try different copy.
- Continue into the builder. Finish the setup and open the promotion. You can refine it with the regular controls, RevAssist, or both.
Specific details give the draft something useful to work with. For example, describe a prize as “a weekend camping kit with a two-person tent, two sleeping bags and a cooler”, then enter the actual value and winner count. That is a clearer starting point than “a great prize.”
Check the promotion's dates, timezone and other settings in the builder before sharing its link. The initial draft is a starting point for your review.
Edit an existing promotion in plain language
Open your promotion in the builder and use the RevAssist prompt bar. Describe the change you want. RevAssist works through the builder's controls and shows its progress as it makes the edits.
You do not need to have created the promotion with AI first. RevAssist can help refine an existing promotion too, using the fields, design and supported settings already available for that promotion.
Add an optional dropdown after the email field asking “How did you hear about us?” with Google, Instagram, Friend and Other as the choices.
This request identifies the field type, position, label, choices and whether an answer is required. You can follow it with a smaller adjustment, such as “Change Friend to Friend or family.”
Changes save as RevAssist works. Read the result and check the preview after each request, particularly when editing a promotion people can already access. The Stop control interrupts further work; it does not undo changes that have already saved.
What can you ask RevAssist to change?
Start with one clear outcome. These examples show how to turn an editing task into a useful request.
Form fields and questions
- “Make the phone number optional.”
- “Add a company name field after the last name.”
- “Move the message box to the end of the form.”
- “Add a dropdown asking which product category interests them: Clothing, Home or Outdoors.”
RevAssist can add and adjust supported fields, labels, choices, required settings and order. The available field types depend on the promotion you are editing.
Headlines, descriptions and button text
- “Shorten the headline to six words and keep the prize name.”
- “Make the description friendlier, keeping the prize details and entry instructions.”
- “Change the submit button text to Enter the giveaway.”
Tell it which facts to preserve. Then read the revised copy to check that the offer and instructions still say what you intend.
Form styles and design
- “Give this form a warm, elegant look.”
- “Find a summer form style for this beach giveaway.”
- “Make the button navy and keep the rest of the colors.”
- “Increase the heading size and give the form more space around the fields.”
RevAssist can work with form styles, colors, typography and layout. A new form style applies its starting design settings, so choose the overall look before making small refinements. For visual examples, explore Revup's 70 promotion form styles.
You can also ask it to use a public website as a design reference. It can look up supported colors, fonts and corner styling; you still add your own logo and images.
Prizes, post-entry actions and settings
RevAssist can help with supported prize details, post-entry actions, promotion settings and security controls. For example, ask it to “Rename the prize Weekend Camping Kit and set its value to $500” or update a supported setting you would otherwise change in the builder. Give the exact values you want and check the saved result.
What is available depends on your promotion type and setup. Configuring a prize does not select a winner or send a prize notification.
A practical example: refine a giveaway step by step
Imagine you are preparing an outdoor store's giveaway. You have drafted the promotion with RevAssist and added your own prize image. Work through the refinements in a sequence you can review:
- Clarify the offer. “Change the headline to Win a Weekend Camping Kit. Keep the description focused on the tent, sleeping bags and cooler.”
- Improve the entry form. “Add an optional dropdown asking which outdoor activity interests them: Camping, Hiking or Fishing.”
- Choose the look. “Find a nature-inspired form style with warm neutrals and green accents.”
- Refine the details. “Make the heading a little larger and change the submit button text to Enter the giveaway.”
- Review the result. Check the copy, fields, prize details and desktop and mobile previews. Make any final adjustments in the builder.
The same approach works for a signup form: establish its purpose, ask for the questions you need, choose a design, and refine the wording.
Write requests that are easy to act on
A useful request tells RevAssist what to change, the result you want, and what to keep.
Make the email field required, keep the phone number optional, and leave the other fields unchanged.
Use the field label or section name when you can. Include the exact choices for a dropdown, the wording you want on a button, or the color you have in mind. For a larger redesign, choose the overall direction first and follow with focused refinements.
If RevAssist asks a question, answer it before adding another task. If an edit is skipped or cannot be completed, read the explanation and use the relevant builder control instead of assuming it was saved.
Finish and review your promotion
RevAssist works alongside the builder. Upload your images and handle steps such as connecting integrations or installing the promotion through the relevant setup screens. For tasks that require manual setup, RevAssist can direct you to the builder.
Before sharing, check that the entry experience matches your intent: the questions are useful, required fields are correct, the copy matches the prize, and the form works on a phone. Review dates, eligibility and official rules where they apply. AI assistance does not replace your review of the promotion.

Questions about building with RevAssist AI
Can RevAssist edit a promotion I already built?
Yes. Open the promotion in the builder and describe the changes in RevAssist. It can edit supported fields, copy, design and settings whether you started with AI or built the promotion yourself.
Do I need to write code?
No. Describe the change in plain language. You can keep using the regular builder controls alongside RevAssist.
Does RevAssist save changes automatically?
Yes. In the builder, changes save as RevAssist works. Review each result, especially on an active promotion. Stopping a request does not roll back edits already saved.
Does it create my images or connect my integrations?
You add images and complete integration setup yourself. RevAssist can help with the supported form and design settings around that content and direct you to manual setup steps.
Is this the same as building from ChatGPT or Claude?
RevAssist is inside Revup. If you want to work from ChatGPT or Claude instead, see Build with AI, which uses Revup's separate AI connection.
