Help participants catch email typos

Optional email suggestions help participants spot common address typos before they submit your promotion form.

A small typo in an email address can make it harder to reach someone after they enter. Revup now offers a “Did you mean…?” suggestion when an eligible email field looks like it contains a common domain typo, such as gamil.com.

Participants stay in control: addresses are never changed automatically, and suggestions do not block submission. The check runs in the visitor’s browser and skips fields restricted to specific domains or locked identities. Suggestions can help catch mistakes, but do not verify that an inbox exists.

What you can do

  • Show a suggested correction for common email-domain typos.
  • Let participants accept the suggestion or keep the address they entered.
  • Use the same assistance on eligible primary and Additional Email fields.

Get started

No setup is needed for eligible email fields. Preview your promotion and try an address such as alex@gamil.com, then accept or dismiss the suggestion. Your existing email validation and verification settings still apply.
