Show the right questions with form Logic

Adapt your promotion form to each answer with clear IF/THEN rules that show, hide, or require relevant fields.

An IF/THEN Logic rule showing an event follow-up question when a participant answers Yes

Give participants a form that responds to their answers. For example, ask whether they want to hear about an upcoming event, then show a follow-up question only when they select Yes. Logic lets you show, hide, or require supported fields without writing code.

Rules sit directly beneath the question they check, with a plain-language summary of what will happen. Conditional fields also show which rule controls them, making the form easier to understand as you build. Available choices respect the form’s protected contact, consent, security, and payment fields.

What you can do

  • Show or hide supported fields based on a participant’s answer.
  • Make a follow-up field required when its condition is met.
  • Manage readable rules directly beneath the question they depend on.

Get started

Open the Form tab and choose Add logic on an eligible question. Set the IF condition, choose Show Fields, Hide Fields, or Require field, and select the target. Preview the form with both matching and non-matching answers before sharing it.
